Dr Abdul latif shinwari son of Abdul Wahid shenwari from baghlan province of Afghanistan was born in 1991 in baghlan

Dr Shinwari graduated from Omar Farooq high school in 2010

He admitted to ningarhar medical faculty in 2010 and graduated in 2017

From 2017 up to 2020 worked with BDN (Bakhtar development network)

In 2020 joined with Ghalib university department of anatomy as biochemistry lecturer
