Importance of knowledge about law
The most important reason to learn law is that citizens will acquire knowledge about their rights and obligations. Citizens are legal members of their states and there is a mutual legal relationship between the citizens and the states. People have rights on the states at the same time they have obligations to the states. Therefore, without knowledge on law, it would be difficult citizens would know about their rights as well as obligations. All social relations with legal aspects are covered in the studies of law. If citizens are not aware of their rights and obligations, or rights and obligations of others, in their social relations they might ignore legal issues or commit a major crime for something minor.
